Tai Chi cultivates both body and mind to restore and maintain good health through slow and graceful movements. This program will move beyond the beginner level to the intermediate stage. Tai Chi reduces tension, improves flexibility, and increases circulation. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
